LA weave is a unique system of hair extensions that use;
There are many versions of thread, aluminium rings and weave applications but only one LA Weave. LA Weaves unique method of attaching wefted hair to natural hair is much kinder than other methods of hair extensions, as it requires no heat or chemicals. The base of the foundation is created using LA Weave standard or silicone rings, removing the use of a braid that is used in traditional weaves, this foundation is then used to hold the weft to the hair. LA Weave lasts for up to 12 weeks and can be worn continuously without the need for a break, as when the weave is ready to be taken out it can be reapplied to different sections of hair.
Nano or Micro ring hair extensions are perfect if your looking for a long term solution to lengthening your hair and like to have the flexibility to wear your hair in different styles. The extensions are applied strand by strand, with an extension being applied to a similar-sized section of your own hair approximately 1cm away from the scalp. These methods omit the need for heat and/or glue which is required by other hair extension techniques which can have negative side effects and be damaging to your hair. Nano and Micro rings involve using colour coated aluminium rings which are then used to clamp the extension in place. The rings are silicone lined which acts as protection for your natural hair whilst adding grip to the extension. The application method is exactly the same, however, Nano rings are 90% smaller than Micro rings using tiny 2.5mm rings making the bonds virtually undetectable.
Since I work independently I’m not tied to one supplier or brand of hair extension which allows me to source hair directly from the best suppliers. I use the highest quality double drawn, Russian, Mongolian and European Remy hair, which due to its high quality is reusable for multiple applications thus reducing the cost of subsequent refits. A free consultation is carried out first to discuss your needs, assess your suitability for extensions and to ascertain the most appropriate method of application for you. The hair is then ordered and is usually delivered the next working day.
All prices for hair extensions include an extension check/maintenance appointment which is recommended 4-5 weeks after the initial fitting.
For a guide, a full head of 16 inch nano ring extensions is approx £390 which includes the cost of purchasing the hair.
Removal and refit of same hair is £140 for a full head of extensions
